Terms of Service

By booking a service with Itzz Cleaned, you agree to these terms & conditions. If you do not accept them, please refrain from proceeding with booking our services.

Booking Confirmation

Booking a service online does not automatically guarantee your selected date and time. After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation via email or phone.

To secure your cleaning appointment:
  • Standard cleanings require a non-refundable deposit of $70, which will be applied to the total cleaning cost.
  • Move-out and deep cleanings require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • For credit card payments, a hold will be placed 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning, with the final payment processed post-service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us time to assign jobs to our cleaners. If you fail to provide notice, your deposit will convert to a cancellation fee, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Clients may reschedule up to 4 times with 24 hours’ notice. Exceeding this limit will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Cleaning Crew

Our service typically includes solo cleaners, but additional team members may be assigned depending on job size or complexity. We aim for consistency in personnel and provide thorough training to all team members.

All Itzz Cleaned employees undergo background checks and drug testing, ensuring a trusted team in your home.

Right to Refuse Service

Itzz Cleaned reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • There are safety concerns (unsafe premises, weapons on site)
  • Situations are uncomfortable or inappropriate
  • There is severe clutter or disconnected utilities
  • Cleaners may leave if they feel unsafe or if the home is unsanitary, in which case the cancellation fee applies.

 

Cleaning Day Preparation

To allow our team to focus on cleaning, please tidy up before arrival. This includes clearing floors, countertops, and tabletops. If you’d like us to handle these tasks, let us know in advance so we can adjust the cleaning fee.

Parking

Please provide convenient parking. If no free parking is available, any parking fees will be charged to your card. If parking is unavailable, the appointment will be canceled, and a $70 cancellation fee will apply.

Pets

We love pets, but for efficiency and safety, please confine them to a separate area during cleaning. If a pet causes any safety concern, our cleaners may leave, and a cancellation fee will apply.

Service Fees & Adjustments

Our prices are based on experience and estimates. If your home’s condition requires additional time, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cannot reach you, the cleaning will be skipped, and a cancellation fee will apply.

Itzz Cleaned reserves the right to adjust rates based on changes in service frequency, home size, number of occupants, or major renovations. You will be notified of any significant changes.

Payments

Payments are due on the service day by check, cash, credit card, PayPal, Zelle, or CashApp.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, but if an issue arises, contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Recurring Service Discount

Recurring discounts apply after the first cleaning. Skipping a scheduled cleaning may impact frequency and rate.

Rate Increases

Rates may be adjusted annually, with no more than an 8% increase. Any significant changes in your home (such as remodeling or additional occupants) may prompt a rate adjustment.

Lockouts

If our cleaning team cannot access your home, we will attempt to contact you. If no contact is made within 15 minutes, the cleaning will be skipped, and a $70 cancellation fee will apply. For convenience, please consider providing a key or access code.

Alarm Systems

Please disable any alarms or provide us with the code. If the code changes, notify us to prevent lockout charges.

Use of Customer’s Vacuum

If you prefer we use your vacuum, we are not responsible for any damages to the unit. If it is non-functional upon arrival, we will not be able to vacuum.

Cleaning Supplies

We provide all necessary cleaning equipment. If you prefer green products, please inform us in advance. If you require the use of your products, we are not liable for any damage caused by them.

Items We Cannot Clean
We are unable to clean:
  • Mold (requires specialized treatment)
  • Hoarding situations
  • Bodily fluids, blood, or waste
  • Unreachable areas and heavy items
Breakage/Damage & Loss Policy

Our cleaners take care in your home, and we are insured for any damages caused by our team. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improperly installed items
  • Fragile or valuable items left undisclosed

Report any damage within 24 hours, and we will attempt to replace or repair the item.

Cleaners Arrival Window

Our cleaning windows are typically 8:00 am – 11:00 am and 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. While we try to accommodate specific times, we cannot guarantee arrival times. You will be notified if we are running late.

Holidays

Itzz Cleaned does not operate on the following holidays:

  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Black Friday
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
Inclement Weather

If local schools close due to weather, Itzz Cleaned will also close for business.

Keys & Security

Please provide a lockbox for key storage. If you choose to leave a key in an unsecured location, Itzz Cleaned is not liable for any damages or theft.

Non-Solicitation of Employees

Clients agree not to solicit our cleaning staff for direct work. We invest heavily in training our team, and hiring our employees for private work is prohibited.
